Treat your taste buds with soft, delicious egg-less cake

It's that day and age where sugar-less, egg-less cakes and desserts are winning popularity. Not adding these ingredients need not mean tasteless, and you can make soft-like-cotton cakes even sans eggs. Here's how you can make a delicious and yummy ghee cake.

½ cup ghee
¾ cup sugar
½ cup milk powder
1 ¼ cup refined flour (maida)
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup of milk

Mix ghee, sugar, milk powder, refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk and stir them
Put the mix in a pan and bake it
If it’s oven, then bake the mix at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. If you are using a stovetop, then heat the pan on a medium flame for 35 to 40 minutes
Here, the soft, fluffy, and yummy ghee cake is ready
