Cucumber (washed and cubed)
Ginger – garlic paste
Salt as required
Take cucumber cubes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds in a mixer jar
Blend by adding water or a few ice cubes
Add some cubed cucumber into this mixture for the crunch
Finish off with a squeeze of lemon
